What is an orthotic?
An orthotic is a custom insert worn in your shoes that is designed to help alleviate discomfort and disabilities in the legs, feet, knees and back. One our therapists will perform a detailed assessment that will begin with a medical history followed by an examination of footwear, range of motion testing and gait analysis. A mold is then taken of your foot and sent along with the specific instructions to the lab. Once your orthotics are complete, you will have a second appointment to ensure proper fit. This professional fitting and any additional adjustments made throughout the first 3 months of owning your new orthotics are included in the price of your orthotics.
